The following terms and conditions govern the general use of Les Szmor online service including shopping and participation in promotions run by Les Szmor. By using Les Szmor website, you agree to the terms & conditions set out below and are bound by them. Les Szmor reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.

LesSzmor.co.nz gives customers a convenient, easy and secure shopping experience with quality products.
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure online Mastercard, Visa, and American Express transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

You will be asked to register as a member of LesSzmor.co.nz. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving emails containing new products in stock, and free gifts, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved, and you will not receive promotional communications.
The name that will appear on your statement after purchase will be Les Szmore Limited.

Pricing and Price Match Policy
Pricing Variance: We tailor our pricing strategy for our online and physical store environments. Due to different operational costs and market dynamics, there may be variations in pricing between our website and our physical stores. Our online prices are generally lower, reflecting e-commerce efficiencies. In-store prices may be higher, reflecting additional in-store services and experiences.

Price Match Policy: We offer a price match for customers who find a lower price on our website and wish to purchase the item in-store, subject to the following conditions:

Acceptance of Order
Orders will be dispatched when payment in full has been received and is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase. Please note, if you ordered "special order items", it will take 10 - 14 business days for it to arrive.

Accuracy of Content
We take every care and effort to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Communication
We will reply to all emails and communications within 48hours. In the unlikely event of not receiving a response from us, please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. To return or exchange the item, please refer to the
Les Szmor Returns procedure.

Payment & Security
We accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) via a secure payment gateway operated by Stripe and PayPal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).

All personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can process your order efficiently and correctly.
If you choose to pay by direct bank transfer, please note our banking details which will be provided on your order confirmation email. We will only ship your order once payment is received in full.
We do not accept personal cheques.

Shipping
We dispatch all orders via courier with tracking numbers, non-signature required.
For items in stock, we aim to dispatch the orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, at which time you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. You should allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that during peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas) the delivery time frame may be extended.
For special order items, the items may take 10 - 14 business days to arrive in New Zealand.
Please contact us immediately if you did not receive the goods within the time frame listed above.
Selecting incorrect shipping option (selecting non-rural when based in rural location) will result in delay in shipping, and extra fees will incur. If you are unsure whether your address is rural or non-rural, please check it here with NZ Post.
We do not refund courier charges.
Courier services:
• New Zealand Post for nationwide deliveries in NZ
• Deliveries cannot be made to P.O Boxes.
Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays, unless special arrangements have been made prior. Please contact us if you need weekend delivery, additional charges will apply.
Shipping rates are calculated as per outline above in NZD.

The following terms and conditions exclusively apply to made-to-order bridal gowns sold by Tina's Boutique under the brand Les Szmor. Throughout this terms and conditions, “we”, “our”, “us”, “seller” and “Tina’s Boutique by Les Szmor” refers to Les Szmore Limited (the company), and “you”, “your”, “yours”, and “buyer” refers to the customer or client.
Ordering Process:
1.1. All bridal dress orders are made-to-order custom made to your measurements and design preferences.
1.2. Once you have placed an order online, please make full payment to secure your order. We will only start the dress ordering process once we receive all your information and payment. The ordering process will take 1-2 working days.
1.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if we are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason.
1.4. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of the order, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.
1.5. We will send the measurements you have provided us to our dressmakers so the dress can fit nicely on your body shape and curves.
Alterations and Fittings:
2.1. We will schedule an initial fitting to take your measurements and discuss design details, however if you are unable to make it to the appointment at our store, please fill out the Bridal Web Ordering form which we will send to you once we receive your order. We recommend going to your nearest seamstress or dress-fitting store to have your measurements taken or have someone who is knowledgeable and confident in taking the measurements for you. Please do not attempt to take your own measurements, as this will give inaccurate measurements.
2.2. Any changes to the design after the initial fitting may incur additional costs, and we will notify you of these costs before proceeding with any alterations.
2.3. We will schedule a second fitting to ensure that the dress fits you perfectly. If you are unable to make it to the appointment, we will send you photos and videos of the completed dress before shipping to you.
2.4. Any additional fittings required will be charged at an additional cost.
2.5. We cannot guarantee that the dress will fit perfectly if you have had any significant changes to your body shape after the initial fitting.
Cancellations and Refunds:
3.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
3.2. If the dress has not reached the dress-making stage, we can discuss options to change to another dress design of equal value or more. However, if the dress has already entered the dress-making stage, unfortunately we cannot offer you a swap or refund.
Please make sure you feel confident about your choice of dress before placing the order.
3.3. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.
Shipping and Delivery:
4.1. We will notify you when your dress is ready for shipping or collection.
4.2. We offer free pickup from our location, but if you require shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
4.3. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that occur during shipping.
Care and Maintenance:
5.1. We recommend that you have your dress dry cleaned and professionally pressed before your wedding day.
5.2. We are not responsible for any damages or changes that occur to the dress after it has been delivered to you.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1. Our liability for any damages arising from the order or use of our bridal dress is limited to the amount paid by you for the dress.
6.2. We are not liable for any damages arising from delays, defects, or any other issues beyond our control.
