Yes, please select the pickup option at the end of check out. We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up.
Special order items are products that are currently not physically available in our store in Napier. These products are ordered once we receive your order and payment. It then gets shipped from our supplier overseas to our store for quality assurance checks before we post it out to you, so the timeframe for delivery on special order items are approximately 10-14 business days.
In the event of any delays, we will promptly notify you as soon as we become aware of them.
Please contact us immediately once you are aware of the situation. We will investigate the situation and provide you with a solution within 5 - 10 business days or you can contact the courier company directly for faster results.
Sorry to hear the item you ordered didn't fit you. Please make sure you follow all measuring instructions on each product to minimise this type of human error from happening.
If the item you ordered is available instore, we can do an exchange for you *limited to one time only per item*. Please contact us, and we will provide further instructions. Please read through our return policy for more information.
For items that are not instore, please check with us to see if the product can be exchanged, as these products will have to be ordered in, we have to check with our suppliers first to see if the size you want is still available.
