BUST
- Wear a bra.
- Relax arms at sides.
- Pull measuring tape across the fullest part of the bust.
- Keep measuring tape comfortably loose.
*This is not your bra size*
WAIST- Measure around the smallest part of your waist, about 3-5cm above your navel.
- Keep measuring tape slightly loose to allow for breathing
HIPS- Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 18-20cm below your waist.
- Measuring tape should brush across both hipbones.
TIPS:- It is always recommended to have someone measure you rather than measuring by yourself.
