    Please follow sizing table above to select the size closest to your own measurements.  Upon adding gown to the shopping cart, please fill in your own measurements so our staff can ensure you have selected the correct size.

    Note*: It's recommended to choose a size that is 1-2cm bigger than your own measurements. It is much easier to alter a dress to make it smaller.

    Note **: Custom size measurements larger than size 20 will incur an additional fee. The additional fee is 30% of the original dress price.

  • HOW TO MEASURE

    BUST

    • Wear a bra.
    • Relax arms at sides.
    • Pull measuring tape across the fullest part of the bust.
    • Keep measuring tape comfortably loose.

    *This is not your bra size*

    WAIST

    • Measure around the smallest part of your waist, about 3-5cm above your navel.
    • Keep measuring tape slightly loose to allow for breathing


    HIPS

    • Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 18-20cm below your waist.
    • Measuring tape should brush across both hipbones.


    TIPS:

    • It is always recommended to have someone measure you rather than measuring by yourself. Often measuring yourself will result in inaccurate measurements.

  • TIME FRAME

    Ordering processing will take 1-2 working days. Please send us your measurements and any customisation request in early so we can send it to our designer asap.

    Once payment is recieved, we will start the dress making process. This process can take up to 30-35 working days, so it's best to place your order way in advance before your big day.

    Shipping from our shop to your address will take an estimate 1-2 working days, please allow an extra day or two for rural deliveries.

    Note: Delays may occur due to the current pandemic situation or act of god. Should any delays occur we will notify you as soon as we are made aware.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO

    1. Colours from photos may slightly differ to the actual product due to screen resolution and brightness
    2. Please measure your body before ordering. Do not order sizing based on what your usual dress sizing are when purchasing from shops or other websites. Please note any altering after the dress has been made, will be at your own expense.
    3. All our bridal dresses are made to order, we do not have any ready-made dresses available at our store.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS

    We currently take Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, Paypal and Afterpay for payments.

     

    We can also offer account payment plans to those who wishes to pay on a weekly instalment. Please contact us to discussion options.
